Under the auspice of the vice dean, Dr. Amina Al-meshehn, the Alumni unit has organized a workshop entitled-Program and Hadaf Services in the Field of Distance Learning –on Thursday 24/2/1441 AH at the headquarter of the college. The training program was presented by Mrs. Nahed Abu Zayed, the supervisor of the occupational training and the assistant of the acting chairperson of the computer department at Al-kharj Community College. The training program was concerned with the occupational training field. The training program provides an introduction about Hadf programs, Human Resources Development Fund, which aim to present a series of training program and equip the national labor force with specialized experiences at various professional fields, which in turns increase the graduates' job opportunities and boost the stability of the employees in their jobs in the organizations and meet the needs of the stakeholders through providing highly qualified calibers, sophisticated information systems, and intergrade epistemological and research methodology.
It was also referred to Tamheer Program, on the Job training program, targeting Saudi graduates from both local ad international universities. It aims to provide them with training opportunities in the governmental organizations and distinctive companies at the private sector in order to get the necessary experiences and skills that prepare them for the labor market.
A summer program was also tackled in the training program which provides training for a specific period during the summer holiday and it targets students over 17 years. It aims to provide students with the necessary skills that qualify them to the labor market and enable them to invest on their free time during the holiday which is for their benefit. The training program tackled -Professional Certificates Support Program- which aims to encourage and motivate the national labor force at both governmental and private sectors including jobs seekers through providing them accredited professional certificates at high demand occupations
Human Resources Development Fund –Hadaf provides material compensation for the costs of the professional certificates after verifying the validity of the certificate and Droop programs which offer free e-training electronic programs at various fields and they aim to equip trainees with the new skills and improve their current skills to qualify them to the labor market.
Students were also trained on how to register in different training programs affiliated with Hadaf. At the end of the training program, all the questions of the students were answered.
