Being keen on the enhancement of students' awareness of the procedures of admission and registration the Student's activities Unit at Al-kharj Community College organized a cultivation lecture about the activities of the deanship of admission and registration on Sunday 14/2/1441 AH, which was delivered by Dr. Hesham Abdulaziz Alabd Aljabar, the deanship deputy for technical affairs. The lecture gives an introduction about the activities of the cultivation program. The program aims to train students on how to use the eduagate and smartphone application. In addition, it keeps them abreast of the new electronic services. It aims to elicit students' responses that measure their satisifaction with the offered services, which in turn contribute to improving the registration process. The lecture aimed to familiarize students with the rules of adding and dropping, the limits of credits hours, and the apology policy for academic semester without being considered failure, and apology policy for academic course, and how the students transfer through using edugate and the transfer follow-up mechanism , and how a student can obtain additional opportunities in cases of receiving three consecutive notices. Furthermore, the lecture has shed light on the cases in which students can be subjected to deprivation and how he can remove it, register in the summer courses and calculate his GPA. Dr. Hesham Abdulaziz Alabd Aljabar, the deputy of deanship of registration and admission for technical affairs has extended his thanking to Al-kharj Community Collge for organizing such events that aim to raise awareness among students of the procedures of admission and registeration. Dr. Hamd Al-Qumizi expressed his deep gratitude to the deanship of registration and admission for their remarkable efforts in facilitating the procedures of admission , registration, transfer, and removing deprivation.
