The Work Activity Unit represented by the Student Sport Activities unit and in collaboration with Rashaqa Gym Club and Fitness Camp Club run a workshop entitled " Movement is Blessing'' on Thursday, 24/3/1441 AH at the campus of the college.
The program was initiated by the trainer Haya Althanyan from Fitness Camp Club who defines sport, its importance for improving health and keeping the fitness. She also stresses the importance of warming up exercises. Some exercises were practiced by students. The trainers also stressed the importance keeping balance between sports and healthy food and correct the misconceptions about how to prepare healthy food reducing weight.
