Under the supervision of the Executive Vice President, the Student Affairs Unit is tasked with establishing direct communication with the college's students, offering crucial supportive services such as registration and furnishing information regarding students' academic status. Furthermore, this unit serves as the vital bridge connecting the college with its students and various university entities, including the Deanship of Admission and Registration, the Deanship of Student Affairs, and relevant university departments. Additionally, the unit plays a pivotal role in providing assistance and support to students approaching graduation. It encompasses several associated departments dedicated to fulfilling these diverse responsibilities.

This department specializes in overseeing and managing the registration processes across all academic programs, training courses, and professional tests offered by the college. Each program within various sections is assigned its own registrar, chosen based on the program's student population. A designated male or female employee from the college is assigned to each registrar position.
Admissions Department
The Admissions Department is responsible for managing the admission procedures for prospective students applying to the College of Applied Sciences. It handles applications for both free and paid programs, reviews the college's admission policies and regulations, and collaborates with the university's Deanship of Admissions and Registration.
Alumni Department
The Alumni Department is dedicated to post-graduation student engagement, fostering relationships with alumni, monitoring their progress, and collaborating with the training department. This involves designing training programs, establishing communication with employers, and assessing the alignment of the college's graduates with the labor market's requirements.
