In keeping with the commitment of Al-Kharj Community College to provide the appropriate environment for its employees by providing unlimited support and motivation to them; and the belief of the College in the role of the employees in advancing the development and progress of the College, and under the auspice of Dr. Aminah Al-meshehn, the Vice-Dean of Al-kharj Community College, the Public Relations and Media Unit has organized, in cooperation with Business Administration Department, on Monday 14/7/1441 AH, the "Hands of Productivity Initiative" that comes in conjunction with the celebration of the Employee Appreciation Day. It began with an introduction about the initiative presented by the Director of the College, Professor Nourah Dahim Al-Dossari and Dr. / Rufaida Qamar Al-Dawla, in which they spoke about the importance of providing recognition, motivation, and encouragement, to all employees, which in turn affects the goals of the organization and its development. At the end of the initiative, Dr. Aminah Al-meshehn, the Vice-Dean, extended her sincere thanks to the attendees and all those responsible for the initiative.
