The Unit of Advising and Guidance in association with the unit of the students work at Al-Kharj Community college organized an open discussion session entitled “The Impact of Contemporary Changes on the moral values.” The open discussion session was supervised by both Mrs. Afanan Fahd Al-refai and Dr. Rafeedah Qamar Adwalaha. From the very beginning of the session, Mrs. Afanan Fahd Al-refai defines value system, and its concept from Islamic and social perspectives. She also tackles the contemporary changes at different aspects of life like the advances in modern technology and cultural and global hegemony, political and economic challenges and rapid development in technology and Internet applications which have recently become available to all users crossing boundaries of time and space.
