2	Development of business	Drawing development plan and expanding the business and following up the performance of the outputs in their work and preparing reports.
3	Human resources	Managing the college human resources and qualifying it and contracting directly to guarantee the dynamic flow of the work
4	Financial	Managing the college income through paid programs and assessment tests and professional certificate centers.
5	planning	Drawing the developmental plans for the college including its departments.
6	Recruitment	Recruiting students after post-secondary school stage and trainees
7	Legal	Facilitating and following up the legal issues and private companies in the college.
8	Public relations	Drawing the media plans and enhancing the status of the college in the community.
