Under the auspice the vice dean of Al-kharj Community College, Dr. Amina Al-meshehn, and the supervision of the coordinator of the voluntary works , Mrs. Rafida Qamar Aldwala, the college organized a training session entitled –be positive – which was presented by the head of the charitable society for orphans –Insan- Mrs. Munira Abdullah Al-bejadi on Thursday 25/2/1441 AH. Mrs. Munira talked about the importance of the voluntary work and community service and how individual can be an effective and a positive member in his community and how one can reflect such effectiveness and positivity in his socialization guided by the verses of the glorious Quran and the prophetic hadiths.In addition, the training session tackled negativity and how it can be psychologically combated by individual to prevent its repercussion on surrounding realities. The training session aims to enhance students' positive energy and to avoid distraction and frustration, which may negatively affect their future ambitions.At the end of the training session, Mrs. Munria started an open dialogue with students where students expressed their positive viewpoints and their experiences in combating distractors and how they could overcome their negativity and become positive figures in life. At the end of the workshop, the vice dean has expressed their deep thanking to Mrs. Munira Al-bejadi for her presentation which had a very positive impact on the students.
